Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Coverage: We ship only within the Philippines.
Couriers Used: We primarily ship using LBC and J&T Express.
Shipping Fees:
- Free shipping is available for direct purchases through Venstein.com.
- For orders placed via Shopee or Lazada, shipping fees may vary depending on your location and platform rates.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–7 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao: 7–14 business days

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be physically damaged or not working upon initial inspection.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For direct purchases via Venstein.com: Buyer shoulders the return shipping cost.
- For purchases made via Shopee or Lazada: Return shipping is covered by us.
Refunds:
- For direct payments, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- For Shopee or Lazada purchases, refunds will be processed through the platform and credited back to your payment method used during checkout.
